Sustainably wild foraged nettles. Available in 1 and 2 pound options.
Cooked or even simply blanched, the sting of nettles disappear and you’ll be left with a lush, delicious green perfect for making nettle lasagna or potato nettle soup (just like potato leek soup, but add nettles). Nettles are packed with nutrients -- and their fresh, grassy flavor practically sings with health.
Note: until stinging nettles have been cooked or blanched we recommend wearing gloves or wrapping a plastic bag around your hand when handling this wild green. The sting of nettles is harmless, but not necessarily everyone's favorite experience.
